Its Christmas Time Again...

Its about time I update this blog, right?
Well, here it comes so get ready... its going to be a long one!

We had a great first Christmas with our little family!
We drove down Christmas Eve and stayed with my parents.
We opened up some great Christmas presents on Christmas morning!
This was my present from Bo - I love it!

Isn't it the best?

On Sunday we drove down to Reno to catch our Train to Utah - yep, that's right!
Brodie has now been on Planes, Trains, and Automobiles all in his first year!
What a traveler!

He did surprisingly well on the train!
We went to the diner car and had a sit down dinner, we played around in the observatory car, and when it was time for bed we gathered a whole bunch of pillows and put them down by our feet and snuggled off to sleep!
I really recommend traveling this way if you have kids.  It was so much nicer being able to just relax with Brodie, rather then having to listen to him scream in the back seat of our car!  Once we got to Salt Lake City, Bo's dad picked us up and we drove 4 more hours up to Idaho!

Grandma Scott had some fun presents waiting for Brodie

He's lovin' his new car!  He especially likes to dance to the music!

And here is just a really cute picture of Brodie in his new outfit that he got from his Aunt Rachel!

Oh and one more thing... Brodie started walking!

I know this isn't the best video... but isnt he good!?  And he's only 10 months old!

It's Starting to Look a Lot Like.... well not Christmas around here...

But we did let Brodie open up his Christmas present a little early...

I know, I know... but c'mon he doesn't even know what Christmas is and I thought it would benefit me during our packing process for him to be a little more occupied with a cool toy, rather then the glasses or piles of books we have.

He was pretty excited when he first started playing with it!
You can tell he was excited, cause the camera wasn't even quick enough to catch his drumming action!

And here's a video of the little cutie
