Last Saturday we went to the Apple Blossom Festival at the college. They have a cute little apple orchard and the blossoms were beautiful. And the weather was perfect! I love this warmer weather we've had lately.
Both Brodie and Ryker played this apple ladder game. If you got 200 points, you won a 4pk of flowers to take home and Ryker won! So when we got home we planted his flowers in our flower garden.
We were walking along in the orchards and Brodie noticed this ladybug crawling on Mari's head. She had no idea. It was so cute!
These would have been great pictures of the kids if the shadows didn't make their faces look a little weird. Oh well. Still cute! The apples of my eye!
They also had free cotton candy and popcorn. The boys thought that was so awesome.
They also had a scavenger hunt where they hid 5 golden apples throughout the orchard and if you found all 5 of them, you won a 4pk of flowers. We looked for a llllooooonnnnngggg time, but could only find 4. Turns out someone had taken one of the apples off the beehives, which is why we couldn't find the last apple.
It was a fun little outing!
