Christmas has come and gone way too fast, but it was a lot of fun! This year I did a lot of homemade gifts which was great, but really time consuming. Luckily Brodie was always there to help me out!
handprint ties
scrabble tile sugar cookies
We went down to my parents house to celebrate with them Christmas Eve/Day, but first we got to visit cutie Keith. He is so adorable. – perfection.
For our Christmas Eve dinner the kids and I made homemade rolls…
And we were supposed to have Christmas Goose too…. but we accidentally left it in the freezer at home. Whoops! Good thing my parents also got a ham. Here it is freshly killed though…
Doesn’t it look delicious?
Christmas Eve we opened up presents at my parents house. The kids were so excited and happy! It was one of the highlights of my year…. especially since last years Christmas was a bust since we all had the flu.
Angry Birds Game!
I just painted a red dodgeball and some tin cans… big hit! I love this age!
Really neat 3D book that my grandma embroidered…
Marshmallow Guns!
BYU Shirts!
Daddy’s Rootbeer Sampler
The next morning we woke up to find that Santa had come!
Then we headed to Bo’s grandparents house where we hung out for awhile and played with our presents more
what better way to explain angry birds to grandma then to just have her play it! And I love that Garrett has on his new Angry Birds t-shirt
How adorable is this kid?
We also went out to Gray Lodge (Scott family tradition to go there and watch the night flight on Christmas) Guess who was excited?
Then back to grandma and grandpa’s for dessert…. and gun practice….
Brodie showing Starlyn how it’s done
And she’s got it!
And one more cute one of Ryker
Very busy Christmas indeed! And then the next day I came down with the flu, followed by Brodie, followed by Bo, followed by Ryker, and then Brodie again. At least we waited until after Christmas this year…
